If you have many bookkeeping clients you can keep separate organizations in bookkeep™.  This allows you to have one QuickBooks Online connected to many different apps.  

To create a new organization see the video below.

  1. Go to the dropdown on left top corner.

  2. Choose "Add organization"

  3. Put the company name, time zone.

  4. For email just choose the first option that will be soon deprecated.

  5. The FEIN and Phone are optional

  6. Just click save then you can go to apps and add QuickBooks and any other connections.
